We offer confidential and trusted support, with neuro affirming and neruo inclusive therapeutic approaches that are sensitively tailored to meet individual and family needs.

Counselling helps us to explore and make sense of psychological, emotional, physical and interpersonal challenges. We learn strategies and skills that help us to thrive.

Anita holds an undergraduate degree in psychology, a master of counselling degree and a diploma of education from the University of Tasmania. With 27+ years experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families, Anita has extensive training and experience in evidence based, client-centred therapy modalities. These include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), behaviour therapy & positive behaviour support (PBS), play therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, cognitive coaching, positive psychology and psycho-education.

We offer individual therapy and family support for challenges related to:

We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

We work closely with other allied health professionals, service providers and multidisplinary teams.
